1. About KiAche.com

KiAche.com is a local classifieds platform that lets people in Kapasia, Sreepur, and other supported areas post and browse buy-and-sell listings. We are a listing platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide a working mobile number so buyers can reach you.

3. Posting Rules

Listings must be truthful, must not violate any law, and must not include prohibited items (weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any item banned under Bangladeshi law). We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these rules, and to suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate them.

4. Buyer-Seller Communication

All communication about price, availability, and meeting arrangements happens directly between buyer and seller via WhatsApp or phone call. KiAche.com does not process payments, does not verify items, and is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for fraud, harassment, scraping, spamming, or posting misleading or duplicate listings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from transactions, meetings, or communications between users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
